NO CATERING RESTRICTIONS
There are no restrictions on food. You are welcome to choose a full service caterer, buffet style, delivery or even potluck style.

The Ceremony
A short, winding path leads guests to and from The Red Barn to the Mountainside Arbor, a ceremony site nestled among tall pine trees and aspen, creating an intimate spot for a wedding.
Consider a carriage ride for your grand entrance!
Should the weather demand an indoor ceremony, the Barn can be set up to accommodate your guests and easily be re-set for the dinner reception.
If you are planning a winter wedding, the rustic charm of the Barn is an elegant place for both the ceremony and reception.

Cocktail Hour
Outside the main floor of the Red Barn, is the bartending shed. This deck is a perfect spot for cocktail hour.
You just need to bring your own alcohol to be served by one of our required licensed and insured bartenders.
Whether you choose to provide your own appetizers or have a caterer serve appetizers, your guests will enjoy sitting outside in the beautiful Rocky Mountains.
Should an afternoon rainstorm send your guests inside, there is an indoor bar area on the lower level, which can accommodate the cocktail hour.

The Reception
The barn’s three stories, which can accommodate a maximum of 115 guests, provide ample space for dinner and dancing.
A wrap-around balcony on the upper level accommodates 45 seated guests and overlooks the main level Great Room, which accommodates up to 80 seated guests.
Add your own touch with centerpieces, such as burlap, sliced wood pieces, Ball jars, and wildflowers, to compliment the rustic charm of the Red Barn.

The Dance Floor
After dinner, head downstairs to dance under a blanket of white lights on the dance floor. An inside bar area can be utilized for a coffee bar or dessert station.
Then, have your send off with glow sticks to light your way.

Other Spaces
We offer a lot of space! Included with the venue rental is an outdoor wedding site, musicians gazebo, shed, outdoor bar and deck area, 3 levels of seating or dancing space, a bonus room on the lower level, a lower cafe/bar area and 2 sets of restrooms.
Two additional spaces are also available to relax and get ready before your big event.
